Click & Collect
How Long Will Urbanixo Hold My Click & Collect Order?
We hold Click & Collect orders for 7 days after they’re ready. If uncollected, your order will be refunded and restocked. We’ll remind you via SMS if you provided a mobile number.
When Will My Order Be Ready?
You’ll see your estimated collection date in your confirmation email. We’ll notify you by SMS/email once it’s ready. For faster availability, our team may call you directly.
Can Someone Else Collect My Order?
Yes! They just need to show your confirmation email and a valid photo ID that matches the order name.
Click & Collect – Bike Orders
Bike orders needing assembly may take extra time. We’ll notify you once the bike is assembled and safety-checked.

How Do I Apply for Finance at Urbanixo?
You can apply for Klarna finance at checkout. Choose your term (6–48 months) and follow Klarna’s guided process.
Klarna Eligibility
Eligibility depends on your credit profile and order value. Klarna performs a soft credit check during application.
Cancelled Klarna Orders
If you cancel a Klarna-funded order, your repayment plan will stop and any payments will be refunded according to Klarna’s policy.
